The 'Can Massa' town palace dates from the early 18th century
and is situated in the heart of Palma's old town, in the
prestigious Llonja district. The palace is just a stone's throw
from the Paseo Maritimo, Palma's smartest shopping street,
and close to the impressive "La Seu" Cathedral and the
imposing "Almuadina" royal palace.
Due to its impressive architecture the palace, which owes its
name to the pirate Capitan Joan Massá Bossia, is one of the
finest houses in the island and has great historical value.
In years of painstaking renovation work the developers have
successfully fused the modern and the traditional, breathing
new life into the building by paying close attention to detail
and using state-of-the-art technology as well as the finest materials.
This has led to the creation of four unique palace apartments of different
sizes (from approx. 120 square metres to approx. 300 square metres) set in an area of approx. 1,500
square metres. The apartments can be entered via a listed patio with a
